• All rates subject to 12.75% Hospitality Tax.
• A $200 holding fee is required to confirm the reservation. This will be applied towards your rental fees.
• 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Booking Fee-$20.00
• Hot Tub Fee-$20.00 (Drained,Sanitized,Refilled)
• Cleaning/Fresh Linen Fee-$35 
• Payment in full is due 3 days before arrival date, including the $250 damage deposit hold
• If booking within  three days payment is required tn full through credit card or PayPal.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change.
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

• No Pets Allowed

Deposit Policy:

• A $250 damage deposit is required 3 days before your stay. The Reservation Deposit can be a hold on your credit card or a prewritten check, and is refunded with 14 days after departure. Tenants can purchase rental insurance in lieu of damage deposit if desired.

Refund Policy:

• The $20 booking fee is applied to all canceled reservations
• For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
• Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less the $20 booking fee
